
CEO Tobias Haefele studied at Cambridge and Harvard, then joined McKinsey where he rose to Expert Engagement Manager at QuantumBlack - McKinsey's AI arm. Co-founder Oliver Scott was also at QuantumBlack. They met CTO Zack Zornitta at Hg Capital, where all three were advising on AI.
Consulting is a $1T industry still running on PowerPoint and Excel - tools designed for humans working alone. Harvey transformed legal. Rogo did it for investment banking. Riplo is building the equivalent for consulting: an agent-first interface where AI drafts, structures, and iterates alongside consultants in real time.
McKinsey deployed its internal AI "Lilli" to 72% of its 45,000 staff by 2025. BCG's slide AI tool has been used 450,000+ times. But mid-market firms - large enough to need enterprise AI, too small to build it - have been waiting for their tool.
